Restaurants and Coffee Shops

A Coffee Shop that was already providing Free Wi-Fi

It’s a small coffee shop in Cape Town already providing free Wi-Fi to its Customers but using the old method of: What is your Wi-Fi password to gain access to the Wi-Fi. The perfect solution was a Intellifi Hotspot 100 Device in this place. The coffee shop had an existing router and access point providing Wi-Fi to their customers. We placed our management device between the store’s router and the Access Point in the front of the store. Now whenever someone connects to their Free Wi-Fi, no password is required, and the customers are automatically redirected to the restaurants landing page where they display their menu’s specials and capture their customers data before granting them free internet access.

This Coffee Shop also happens to sell their own private labeled Coffee, they use the data collected from the Free Wi-Fi to distribute their specials and information on their Coffee via email that directs customers to their online store increasing their online store sales by almost 400%.
